Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Field Valuers for the West Delhi Zone, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves conducting on-site property inspections, gathering relevant data, and documenting physical, legal, and market-related attributes of assets.

Field

Valuers will coordinate with clients, estate agents, and internal teams to verify information, clarify requirements, and ensure timely completion of valuation assignments.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate field reports, supporting valuation analysis,



maintaining records, and adhering to company standards and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires regular travel within the West Delhi Zone, effective time management, and a strong focus on quality and customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation for accurate assessment of residential, commercial, and other properties.
- Candidates should possess skills related to working with Estate Agents and understanding local real estate markets and trends.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Relevant academic background in real estate, finance, civil engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in field valuation, property inspection, or real estate services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple field visits, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital documentation tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of local regulations and property documentation in the Greater Delhi Area is a plus.
