Responsibilities

- Manage customer complaints and warranty-related issues.
- Provide technical support to dealers, distributors, and end customers.
- Conduct field visits for product inspection and issue resolution.
- Support the sales team through effective after-sales service.
- Deliver technical and product training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Generate product feedback for internal improvement initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain service documentation.
- Drive customer engagement and demand generation activities.
- Implement service and marketing initiatives across assigned territories.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant field technical service experience.
- Experience in tyre, OEM, rubber, battery, or automotive industries.
- Exposure to complaint handling, warranty management, and dealer support.
- Robust customer service and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in field operations and customer visits.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales and service teams.
- B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
