Role Description The Finance Analyst – Banks, NBFCs, and Leasing at Battery Dost is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for analyzing and managing financial relationships with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and leasing partners to support Battery Dost’s expansion and operations.

Daily tasks include conducting financial analysis, preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring credit facilities, assessing funding requirements, and supporting negotiations on loan, leasing, and financing terms.

The Finance

Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate investment proposals, manage cash flows related to financing arrangements, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies. The role also involves tracking industry trends in EV financing,



recommending improvements to financial structures, and contributing to the company’s long-term financial planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including proficiency in interpreting financial statements and evaluating credit and lending structures.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in banking and NBFC relationship management, including experience with loan documentation, leasing arrangements, and negotiations with financial institutions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of corporate finance and treasury operations, including cash flow management, funding strategy, and risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather market data, track industry trends, and present clear, data-driven insights.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and documentation skills, including report writing, presentation development, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience in financial services, EV/automotive, infrastructure, or leasing sectors, particularly in dealing with banks and NBFCs, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate cross-functionally, use financial software and spreadsheets effectively, and maintain high ethical standards and attention to detail.
