ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a responsible Service Engineer for installation, maintaining and monitoring the operation of various systems, troubleshooting, and fixing problems, providing technical support, and improving system processes.

Candidates with a background in Dental Lab Equipment, Medical Equipment, are preferred.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service Engineers commonly have the following duties and responsibilities:

- Assess, install, and maintain various types of equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair system failures or malfunctions




- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency
- Provide technical support to clients
- Analyse equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or recommendations
- Write service reports and document all maintenance and repair work
- Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide training and guidance to other staff on equipment operation and maintenance
- Work closely with the design and production teams to improve product functionality and reliability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must have experience in medical equipment’s
- Service for field as per client requirement
