Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Person to drive the sales and promotion of our solar agriculture products in Panchmahal, Dahod, and Kutch regions. This is an on-ground role requiring direct engagement with farmers, dealers, and local stakeholders to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term relationships within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory




- Conduct farmer/customer visits to demonstrate and promote solar agriculture products (solar pumps, panels, and allied systems)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide product information, pricing, and after-sales support guidance to customers
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights from the field
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for order processing and installation support
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in reporting systems

Qualifications

- BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience (renewables, solar, agriculture, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Basic understanding of solar energy products is a plus
- Proficiency in local language(s) of the region; Hindi/Gujarati preferred
