We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who can independently find businesses, approach decision-makers and generate and close new business opportunities.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the complete field-sales process, including:

- Researching potential businesses and industries
- Finding businesses that need AI, marketing, software or automation solutions
- Identifying business owners and decision-makers
- Visiting businesses and introducing Branvidia
- Understanding their business requirements
- Presenting suitable Branvidia solutions
- Generating qualified leads
- Scheduling demos and meetings
- Following up with prospects
- Negotiating and helping close deals
- Maintaining daily sales/lead reports
- Building a solid local business network

You will be expected to take ownership of your own prospect research and lead generation.

Performance-Based Salary Growth

Starting salary: ₹12,000/month

We strongly believe in rewarding performance.

After successfully closing your first qualifying client within the first month,



your performance will be reviewed and your fixed salary can be revised based on your results.

Earning Potential

₹12,000 → ₹20,000 → ₹30,000 → ₹40,000 → ₹50,000/month The maximum fixed salary progression is ₹50,000/month, based on sustained sales performance.

In addition

More clients closed = More commissions + More incentives.

There is no fixed ceiling on performance incentives/commissions, subject to the company’s applicable incentive structure.

Example

If you consistently bring in multiple clients and generate significant revenue for Branvidia, your earnings can grow substantially beyond the initial ₹12,000 salary through salary progression + commissions + performance incentives.

- Comfortable with field/door-to-door sales
- Highly motivated and target-oriented
- Good at communication and negotiation
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to research prospects yourself
- Willing to travel locally across Bengaluru
- Persistent with follow-ups
- Interested in AI, technology and digital business

Freshers are welcome if you have strong communication skills, confidence and the hunger to sell.
