We are a growing distribution startup looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage day-to-day market operations. The ideal candidate should be energetic, comfortable travelling across Chennai, and willing to build strong relationships with shop owners and retailers. This is a field-based role, involving regular visits to stores, order collection, inventory checks and delivery support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit retail stores regularly and develop solid relationships with shop owners.

- Obtain regular orders from existing and new stores.

- Identify new retail outlets and expand our customer base.

- Check product availability and inventory at stores.

- Ensure timely stock replenishment and prevent stock-outs.

- Coordinate with the wholesalers/manufacturers for order fulfilment.

- Transport and deliver goods to stores when required.

- Collect payments or assist with payment follow-ups when required.

- Maintain daily records of store visits, orders and sales.

- Provide feedback from retailers to help improve our products and distribution.

Candidate Requirements:





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable speaking with shop owners and retail customers.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

- Own 2-wheeler and valid driving licence is required (Fuel expenses shall be reimbursed).

- Previous experience in FMCG sales, distribution, retail sales or field sales is an advantage.

- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

What We Offer:

- Salary up to ₹15,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
