Role Description: The Field Marketing Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with a mix of in office activities and some work-from-home flexibility. This position is responsible for planning and executing field marketing campaigns, coordinating events and promotions, and supporting local sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Daily activities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and developing targeted action plans for different segments.

The role involves close collaboration with the sales and central marketing teams,



preparing reports on campaign performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all field marketing activities.

The Field Marketing

Executive will also engage directly with customers and partners, gather feedback from the field, and recommend improvements to maximize campaign impact.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective field campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to inform local strategies and decisions.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience or aptitude in Sales to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Chennai, with readiness for field travel as needed.
- Proficiency in basic office and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or marketing platforms).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and organizational skills.
