About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Field Associate (Campaign Manager) to join our political campaign and election management team in Punjab.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting on-ground campaign planning, execution, field coordination, stakeholder management, data collection and daily campaign operations.

The base location for this role will be Mohali, Punjab, but the candidate must be willing to relocate and work across different districts/constituencies as per project requirements.

This role is best suited for candidates who already have 1+ years of experience in political consulting, election campaigns, political strategy, field operations or a similar role in a reputed organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute day-to-day on-the-ground political campaign activities.
- Coordinate with campaign teams, local workers, volunteers, party functionaries and other stakeholders.
- Support constituency-level campaign planning and execution.
- Conduct field visits and gather ground-level political intelligence.
- Understand local political dynamics, issues, communities and voter behaviour.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, stakeholder interactions and field research.
- Monitor campaign activities and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate booth-level and constituency-level activities.
- Track political developments, opposition activities and local campaign movements.
- Prepare daily field reports and provide actionable updates to the core campaign team.
- Coordinate with research, media, social media and strategy teams.
- Identify gaps in campaign execution and recommend practical solutions.
- Support candidate programmes, public meetings, events and outreach activities.
- Maintain structured field data and ensure accurate reporting.




- Work under tight deadlines during active campaign and election periods.

Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience in political consulting, election campaigns, campaign management, field operations or a similar role.
- Previous experience working with a reputed political consulting, election management or campaign organisation will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of political campaigns and on-ground operations.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and execution abilities.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic digital tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in different locations.
- Must be willing to relocate based on project requirements.
- Punjabi language proficiency will be an advantage.
