Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Model role based in Bengaluru.

The Fashion

Model will participate in photo shoots, runway shows, brand events, and promotional campaigns for fashion, commercial, and digital projects. Daily responsibilities include attending fittings, rehearsals, and styling sessions, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and creative directors, and following direction to achieve the required visual concepts. The role also involves maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to schedules, and representing client brands with confidence and consistency.

Model will work closely with agency staff and clients to support campaign objectives and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, photographers, stylists, and agency staff.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to represent brands positively and support promotional and commercial activities.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Photo Shoots and familiarity with Photography environments, including studio and on-location setups.
- Candidates should possess professional modeling abilities, including runway presence, posing techniques, and comfort in front of the camera.
- Ability to follow creative direction, adapt to different brand styles, and work calmly under time constraints.
- High level of personal grooming, fitness, and reliability, with punctuality and respect for production schedules.
- Previous modelling experience in fashion, commercial, or digital campaigns is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on shoot and event requirements.
