Location: Remote / Hybrid (in-person only when required for sample reviews, fittings, sourcing, or other product-related work)

- Hours: No fixed clock-in/clock-out. You own your schedule, as long as your daily tasks are completed and timelines are met.

Communication: Daily update, weekly check-ins, along with online meetings/brainstorming sessions whenever required.

The Expectation: Take ownership of your schedule, stay communicative, and stay aligned on timelines and deliverables.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Has a positive eye for fit, fabric, construction & detail
- Is comfortable getting their hands dirty with stitching, sampling & garment development
- Knows their way around Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

COOL STUFF YOU’LL DO

- Turn design ideas into detailed tech packs that our manufacturers can actually work with
- Work on measurements, sizing,



construction details, stitching details & finishes
- Help figure out the right fabrics, trims, buttons and other materials for each piece
- Coordinate with our manufacturing partners on samples, measurements and alterations
- Review samples, identify what’s off and figure out how to fix it
- Help source fabrics, trims and other materials Explore new materials and production possibilities
- (If you know your way around a sewing machine, even better. Pattern-making / draping / making samples from scratch = major brownie points)
