3. Jaya Collective is looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our multi-designer store in Kala Ghoda. The role combines client styling, sales, fittings, and day-to-day store operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with styling, outfit selection, fittings, and purchases.
- Take accurate measurements and coordinate alterations when required.
- Build client relationships and handle follow-ups.
- Manage and organize stock across multiple designers.
- Coordinate with designers regarding stock, orders, and product information.
- Maintain store displays and ensure garments are properly presented.
- Iron/steam garments and prepare stock for display or clients.
- Move and organize stock between the store, basement, and storage areas, including lifting and carrying boxes/garments and using stairs.




- Assist with general store operations and independently manage the store when required.

Requirements
- Experience in fashion retail, sales, styling, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with fittings, measurements, and womenswear sizing.
- Positive understanding of fashion and garment presentation.
- Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role, including lifting, carrying, and moving stock.
- Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Immediate joiner preferred/required.

Preferred
- Experience with designer or multi-brand fashion stores.
- Knowledge of womenswear fittings and alterations.
