Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting ethnic men’s wear based on their requirements and preferences.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly store targets.
- Handle client interactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure the store is well-maintained.
- Handle staff coordination, attendance, and staff timings.
- Monitor daily sales, customer enquiries, and store activities.
- Ensure proper display, arrangement, and availability of merchandise.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ethnic men’s wear / fashion retail.
- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
- Good customer-handling and sales skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic digital tools and applications.
- Positive leadership, coordination, and team-handling abilities.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.
- Strong interest in fashion and ethnic menswear

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
