Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily farm operations
- Plan and monitor farming activities and crop cycles
- Manage farm workers and field teams
- Monitor irrigation soil health crops and livestock
- Maintain farm records and production reports
- Implement natural and sustainable farming practices
Requirements:
- 3 plus years experience in farming or agriculture
- Good knowledge of natural farming
- Solid team management skills
- Practical field experience
