Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Factory

Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring resource utilization to meet output and cost targets. The role involves implementing continuous improvement initiatives, solving operational issues, and guiding factory staff to maintain high performance and discipline.

Manager will also prepare operational reports and support senior management with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and production management skills to coordinate schedules and meet manufacturing targets.
- Experience in quality control and operations management to ensure consistent product standards and efficient workflows.
- Hands-on background in manufacturing operations, ideally within chemical or process industries.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to factory operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing facility, with team leadership and people management abilities.
