Role Description The Facility Management Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the warehouse facility. The role includes monitoring building infrastructure, utilities, and safety systems to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with organizational standards.

Executive coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for repairs, housekeeping, security, and upkeep of all facility areas.



This role also involves tracking facility performance metrics, supporting audits and inspections, managing documentation, and implementing continuous improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) to oversee daily warehouse facility activities.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Building Management, including monitoring infrastructure, utilities, safety, and maintenance services.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring responsive support to internal teams and clients for facility-related needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial facility management is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance practices, and basic reporting tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced operational environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is an advantage.
