About Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FACA Engineer to join our Engineering team. The role focuses on Failure Analysis, Root Cause Investigation, Process Improvement, and Data Analytics to drive manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities:

Failure Analysis & Root Cause Investigation

- Lead failure analysis activities for dimensional, cosmetic, and reliability-related issues.
- Define problem statements, collect and analyze data, and determine root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Conduct detailed investigations and prepare technical reports with actionable recommendations.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and track their effectiveness to closure.
- Facilitate FACA review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.

Data Analytics & Quality Engineering

- Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, variations, and improvement opportunities.
- Utilize statistical tools such as Minitab and JMP for data-driven decision-making.
- Apply SPC, SQC, and other quality methodologies to monitor and improve process performance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses to support operational excellence.

Design of Experiments

- Design, plan, and execute DOE activities to validate process improvements and root cause hypotheses.
- Analyze experimental results and recommend optimized process parameters.




- Ensure successful implementation and standardization of validated process changes.

Process Qualification & Sustenance

- Support process qualification activities and machine bring-up initiatives.
- Review inspection reports and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve dimensional and process-related concerns.
- Recommend machine and process corrections to achieve product quality requirements.
- Ensure sustaining process health through continuous monitoring and improvement.

Process Capability & Continuous Improvement

- Conduct Process Capability Studies (Cp, Cpk) and capability trend analysis.
- Identify process drifts and initiate corrective actions to maintain process stability.
- Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, PPC, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of failure analysis actions.
- Present technical findings, recommendations, and improvement plans to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support business-critical projects by providing analytical and technical expertise.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Experience:

- 2-6 years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree）
- 4-8 years of relevant experience (Diploma)
