Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor sheet metal fabrication processes , including laser cutting, bending, fabrication, and powder coating . Coordinate with suppliers for on-time production, delivery, quality, and process requirements . Conduct regular supplier follow-ups to ensure timely completion and delivery of components.

Develop and evaluate new vendors based on quality, capability, cost, and delivery performance. Conduct or coordinate supplier audits and monitor supplier performance. Ensure fabricated components meet required quality standards, dimensions, and specifications .

Possess good knowledge of quality measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc. Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection, rejection analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvements. Collaborate with the Assembly and Production teams to improve overall manufacturing efficiency and reduce process delays.

Monitor fabrication activities and ensure on-time completion of production requirements . Identify fabrication-related issues and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for effective resolution.



Maintain proper quality and supplier-related documentation as per ISO requirements .

Ensure fabrication processes and supplier activities comply with established quality standards and company procedures . Track supplier performance related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Response (QCDR) . Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and overall operational efficiency .

Required Skills Solid knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication . Knowledge of Laser Cutting, Bending, Fabrication, and Powder Coating processes. Good understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional requirements . Knowledge of measuring and inspection instruments .

Experience in supplier management and supplier follow-up . Ability to handle new vendor development and supplier audits . Good coordination skills with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Assembly teams. Knowledge of ISO documentation and quality procedures . Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to ensure on-time supplier delivery and production support .
