Role Description The Export Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Export

Executive will manage end-to-end export processes, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Daily responsibilities include liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and international clients, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records of export activities. The role involves supporting export sales by handling inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with customers,



and collaborating with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance.

The Export

Executive will also assist in market research for new territories, monitor regulatory updates in target countries, and contribute to continuous improvement of export operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Export Documentation and Export procedures, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, LC documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in Import Export operations and International Trade, with familiarity in INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and global logistics practices.
- Ability to support Export-related Sales activities, including client communication, quotations, order follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare products and regulatory considerations in international markets (experience in pharma exports preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field; a specialized diploma in Export-Import Management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or export management software, with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
