Role Summary

Gaurang Product Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Export Manager to drive international sales and manage export operations. The role involves developing international buyers and new markets, managing the complete export sales cycle, and coordinating sales, documentation, logistics, finance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop international buyers, distributors, importers, and current markets.
- Manage quotations, negotiations, order booking, and export sales.
- Handle export documentation and coordinate with banks and customs.
- Manage container/vessel bookings, freight, and port coordination.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, sanctions, and destination-country requirements.
- Handle invoicing, LCs, advance payments, bank documentation, and forex.
- Maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance,



and commercial teams for timely execution.
- Monitor international markets, competitors, pricing, and new opportunities.
- Lead and manage a team of up to 5 people.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in export sales/business development in the steel industry .
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, compliance, and international trade.
- Experience with international buyers, distributors, and market development.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, LC, trade finance, forex, and international payments.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/export management systems.
- Graduation in any stream.

Preferred Skills
- Existing international buyer/distributor network in the steel industry.
- Experience managing multiple international markets and teams.
- MBA or additional foreign language skills.
