Associate Experience Strategist

Location: Pune/Bengaluru

Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate Experience Strategist to join our team. This is an entry-level role expecting a foundational understanding of human-centred design and eagerness to grow their strategic craft within a cooperative, multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with senior experience strategists and researchers, contribute to research, support design thinking workshops, conduct journey mapping, and synthesis activities across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Workshop Support &
- Facilitation
- Participate in and support the preparation of design thinking and experience strategy workshops
- Set up Workshop boards, templates, and facilitation materials (e.g., in Miro or FigJam)
- Assist in note-taking, capturing insights, and timekeeping during workshop sessions
- Facilitate defined sections of workshops with guidance from senior experience strategists

- Research &
- Insight Gathering
- Support qualitative research activities including basic in-depth interviews and observation sessions
- Take accurate notes and help organize findings by topic or theme
- Participate in synthesis activities — identifying patterns and early insights with guidance
- Contribute to competitive and market scans to inform experience direction

- Strategy synthesis and documentation
- Support the creation of experience strategy artifacts such as journey maps, personas, and opportunity spaces
- Contribute to business case inputs, summarizing findings and supporting documentation
- Help craft clear, structured narratives and presentation materials for team and client reviews




- Understand how customer insights connect to business goals and articulate these with guidance

- Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- 0–1 year of experience in UX design, service design, experience strategy, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of Design Thinking, Human-Centred Design, and discovery frameworks
- Basic familiarity with research methods (qualitative interviews, journey mapping, synthesis)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to articulate ideas clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage time effectively
- Comfortable asking questions and working through ambiguity with guidance
- Proficiency in Miro, Figma, or equivalent collaboration/visualization tools

Preferred Experience

- Academic or internship exposure to experience strategy, service design, or UX research
- Familiarity with Double Diamond, Agile, or similar delivery methodologies




- An interest in enterprise digital transformation, CX, or related fields
- Exposure to storytelling or data visualization — ability to translate ideas visually
