Role Description The Executive/Sr.

Executive

Quality role is a full-time, on-site position based at Meitra Hospital in Kozhikode. The role involves overseeing and supporting implementation of hospital quality standards, clinical protocols, and patient safety initiatives in line with national and international accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring key quality indicators, conducting audits and root cause analyses, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and preparing reports and dashboards for leadership. The role also supports training and sensitization programs for clinical and non-clinical teams, documentation and review of policies and SOPs,



and continuous improvement projects to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. Collaboration with multidisciplinary departments to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and timely closure of quality-related issues is a core part of the daily work.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in hospital quality management, including knowledge of accreditation standards (e.g., NABH/JCI) and clinical governance practices.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to interpret quality indicators and prepare explicit dashboards and presentations.
- Experience in conducting audits, incident reviews, root cause analysis, and developing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams, and to facilitate training sessions.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, policy and SOP development, and maintaining accurate records for compliance and audit readiness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare management, hospital administration, nursing, or a related field; specialized training in quality or patient safety is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a hospital quality department or similar healthcare quality role preferred.
