About the Role

This is not a routine assistant role. You will work directly with the Founder across business operations, strategy, growth, broker network expansion, research, partnerships, and execution.

What you'll do

✅ Work directly with the Founder on business operations & strategic initiatives

✅ Track priorities, deadlines, meetings & critical follow-ups

✅ Coordinate with Sales, BD, Technology & internal teams

✅ Support broker and channel partner onboarding & network expansion

✅ Conduct market, competitor & business research

✅ Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations & business trackers

✅ Track KPIs, targets, pipelines & operational performance

✅ Coordinate with brokers, clients, partners, vendors & stakeholders

✅ Support new business initiatives, partnerships & growth projects

✅ Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and drive them to completion

You should have

- 1–3 years of experience in Founder’s Office, EA, Business Operations, Management Trainee or similar roles
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills




- Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets & PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & coordination skills
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Real Estate, PropTech, B2B SaaS, Startup or Marketplace experience is a plus
