Role Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership in a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, right from the set up stage to full functionality in the context of an investment institution.
Responsibilities include organising, administration, operations, investor reachouts and communications, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and accommodations, and handling day-to-day correspondence, follow-ups and coordination of internal and external meetings.
The Executive Assistant will also help create presentations and reports, manage office-related tasks as needed, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders,
supporting institutions and regulators - ensuring professional communication and efficient workflow to comprehensively meet the business objectives of the fund.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative & operations assistance skills.
- Excellent temperament and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational, project management, time management, automation and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with integrated application of office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilising AI.
- Some prior experience supporting senior leaders; experience in financial services or investment management is an advantage.
- High degree of integrity, energy and interest in the domain.
- A bias for action - to take initiative and work independently.
- Flair for reading financial data and turning it into actionable insights.
- Candidates should at least possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business/Management/Commerce/Finance/Engineering from a reputed institution and/or equivalent experience in investment business, administration, or a related field.
