Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales and Marketing Executive located in Panaji. The role involves the planning and execution of sales strategies for events, identifying new client opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Executive will also coordinate with event teams to promote entertainment services,



contribute to the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, and ensure successful marketing campaigns for events.

Responsibilities include client communication, event promotion, and sales follow-ups.

Qualifications

- Event Sales and Business Development skills, including ability to identify clients and drive leads
- Marketing and promotional skills suitable for planning and executing event campaigns
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills for client interactions
- Knowledge of event management processes and entertainment services preferred
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in digital marketing or social media promotions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred
