WE’RE HIRING | EVENT PRODUCTION & FABRICATION EXECUTIVE / SUPERVISOR

GRD Marketing is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Event Production & Fabrication Executive / Supervisor who knows how to turn creative ideas into flawless on-ground experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Understand creative concepts and convert them into practical production requirements

• Coordinate fabrication of stalls, kiosks, bars, stages, installations, branding structures, POSM & experiential setups

• Prepare and manage BOQs, production timelines and material requirements

- Source, coordinate and manage fabrication, printing, carpentry, electrical, AV and other production vendors
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective execution

• Conduct site recce and identify production, logistics and installation requirements

- Supervise fabrication, finishing, transportation, installation and dismantling
- Manage on-ground teams, fabricators, carpenters, electricians, installers and other manpower
- Ensure all elements are executed as per approved designs, measurements and quality standards
- Coordinate loading, dispatch, installation and dismantling schedules
- Troubleshoot production and execution challenges on-ground

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the expected quality

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–4 years of experience in event production, fabrication,



experiential marketing, exhibitions or event agencies

• Strong understanding of fabrication materials, printing, carpentry, electrical and event infrastructure

- Good vendor network will be an added advantage
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings, layouts and measurements
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability
- Highly organised and comfortable working under tight timelines

• Hands-on attitude — someone who is comfortable getting on-ground and getting things done

- Willingness to travel for projects and work flexible hours during event setups/executions

• Experience in brand activations, launches, festivals, retail activations or experiential events will be preferred
