Core Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Collaborates directly with clients and executive hosts to establish event concepts, menus, entertainment, space layouts, and budgeting parameters. [1]
- Vendor & Partner Management: Negotiates vendor contracts and coordinates with internal service teams including culinary/supervising chefs, audio-visual (AV) technicians, facilities, and staffing. [1]
- Operational Planning: Prepares and distributes highly detailed event documentation, including Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), floor plans, work orders, and strict timelines.
- On-Site Execution: Acts as the primary ground lead during events, managing service flow, conducting pre-shift team meetings, resolving live operational conflicts, and handling real-time service recovery. [1]
- Financial Administration: Manages administrative tasks such as tracking contract requirements, capturing billing information, processing invoices, and ensuring timely client payments. [1, 2]

Typical Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:



Generally requires 8 to 10 years of progressive management experience in luxury hospitality, corporate conference centers, or high-volume catering environments.
- Education: A university degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related business field is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office software, professional reservation management databases, and modern event production platforms.
- Key Competencies: Refined communication skills for interfacing with VIP stakeholders, expert negotiation capabilities, and strong grace under pressure in quick-paced workspaces.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied, event-driven schedule that frequently incorporates late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹45,646.76 - ₹60,543.66 per month
