- Study tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQs.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs and material estimates.
- Prepare project costing and techno-commercial quotations.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and OEMs.
- Coordinate with design, projects, procurement and sales teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, deviations and additional requirements.
- Prepare compliance statements and technical submissions.
- Conduct rate analysis and support value engineering and cost optimisation.
- Maintain estimation records, vendor quotations and project costing databases.
