Role Description The ERPNext Functional Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design ERPNext configurations that align with operational and financial needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional workshops, mapping business workflows, preparing documentation, and coordinating with technical teams for implementation, integration, and customization.

The role involves testing configured modules, supporting data migration, training end users, and providing post-implementation support to ensure system adoption and continuous improvement.



The consultant will also contribute to solution optimization, process standardization, and best-practice recommendations for clients across different industries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, process mapping, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client interaction, stakeholder management, documentation, and user training.
- Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge for operations, workflows, and cross-functional coordination across departments.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills for solution design, client advisory, change management, and post-implementation support.
- Candidates should possess Finance understanding for ERPNext financial modules, basic accounting concepts, and reporting requirements.
- Relevant experience with ERPNext or similar ERP systems, including configuration and functional testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage multiple projects, and adapt to diverse industry requirements.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, services, or non-profit domains is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic SQL, spreadsheets, and business analytics tools is beneficial.
