Position: Assistant Manager (Estimation)

Qualification: B.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Requirements

- Experience in infrastructure projects such as Bridges, Roads, Railways, Airports, and Building Construction.
- Proficiency in pre-tender services, including preparation and review of DPRs,



tender documents, schedules, and bid-related documentation.
- Expertise in quantity take-offs, detailed estimation, rate analysis, and contract value determination.
- Knowledge of SOR, MoRTH Standard Data Book, Railway AOR, and prevailing market rates.
- Experience in preparing cost estimates, variation claims, vendor quotations, and rate analysis.
- Exposure to procurement activities, vendor evaluation, comparative statements, and commercial assessments.
- Solid understanding of project costing, budgeting, tendering procedures, contract administration, and cost control.
