Job Title: EHS Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive EHS Officer to ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety regulations in our FMCG manufacturing plant. The role focuses on maintaining a safe workplace, minimizing risks, and driving a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee safe handling of materials, chemicals, and plant operations.
- Monitor PPE usage and promote safe work practices.
- Manage waste disposal,



emissions, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct safety trainings, inductions, and mock drills.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in Industrial Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
- 36 years of EHS experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and ISO standards.
- Robust communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
