Position Summary

As a Product Studio Portfolio Leader you own the full lifecycle of a portfolio of ServiceNow products, solutions and offerings — from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption and value realization. Working within an Agile operating model, you lead cross-functional studio teams and partner closely with business process owners, senior stakeholders and CoE leadership to deliver outcomes that matter to the network. You are equally comfortable advising executives on platform direction and working through architecture and delivery decisions with your product owners, architects and engineers.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Leader, Delivery Management on the Global ServiceNow Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and value proposition for a portfolio of ServiceNow product studios aligned to business strategy and the CoE’s platform direction.
- Leading engineering teams to deliver omni-channel digital workflows for critical business processes on ServiceNow, while ensuring solutions align to design principles and architectural standards.
- Driving platform capability rollout and adoption, including generative AI (Now Assist) and other new ServiceNow capabilities across the network.
- Building and managing senior stakeholder, vendor, and eco-partner relationships; translating business needs into ServiceNow outcomes; and owning portfolio budget creation, forecasting, and cost control.
- Developing, coaching, and mentoring teams; providing oversight to product owners, delivery managers, architects, and team leads; and resolving technical, product, and portfolio risks.
- Collaborating with peer product leaders to drive synergy, support shared business needs, and stay current with emerging technologies, methodologies, and geo-political developments.

The team The Global ServiceNow Centre of Excellence builds and runs the ServiceNow platform for Deloitte as a Customer serving its global network of Member Firms, Global Businesses, Shared Services and Enabling Areas.



We turn complex business challenges into digitized workflows using the ServiceNow AI platform — spanning ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and Customer workflows, IRM and SecOps, Strategic Portfolio Management, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, App Engine and Now Assist product capabilities. We work in a highly virtual, cross-cultural environment across many locations and time zones, organized into product studios that own the platform end to end. Our people are genuinely passionate about what ServiceNow can do for the network, and we are looking for a leader who shares that ambition and wants to help us enable the business in every way we can.

Qualifications

Required

- 12+ years of experience across delivery management, product management, stakeholder management, and team leadership, including large cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Experience with ServiceNow offerings including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Operations (SecOps), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Experience with greenfield and brownfield ServiceNow implementations
- Experience creating product strategy and roadmaps and measuring perks through a value-management methodology
- Experience leading Agile delivery and shipping solutions on ServiceNow
- Experience coaching and developing staff and direct reports at Manager level
