Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning Implementation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves leading ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, and user training. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, especially in finance and manufacturing, and translate them into effective ERP workflows.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal technical teams, preparing documentation, troubleshooting implementation issues, and supporting go-live and post-implementation activities.



The role also requires providing ongoing guidance to clients, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring that ERP solutions align with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust knowledge of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map current and future-state workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, diagnose issues, and optimize ERP configurations.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, preferably within SMB or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Finance processes and terminology to support finance-related ERP modules.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with manufacturing and export-focused operations, and familiarity with Microsoft technologies or similar platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client needs.
