The Role /n We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager – New Business & Growth who can build new enterprise relationships, create opportunities and take them through to commercial closure. /n This is a new-logo focused role , not just an account management position. /n You will be expected to identify and open enterprise accounts, engage senior IT and Network stakeholders, understand customer problems, position LinkEye, coordinate demos and POCs, manage commercials and close business. /n Once an account is acquired, you will continue to own the commercial relationship and identify opportunities to expand LinkEye across additional sites, devices, modules and business units. /n Simply put: open the account, win the account and grow the account. Key ResponsibilitiesNew Logo Acquisition /n /n
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers for LinkEye.
/n
- Build a target account list and develop account-entry strategies.
/n
- Prospect directly into enterprise IT organisations.
/n
- Create relationships with CIO organisations, Infrastructure Heads, Network Heads, IT Operations teams, NOC leaders and other relevant stakeholders.
/n
- Generate opportunities through direct outreach, industry relationships, referrals, events and partner ecosystems.
/n
- Build and maintain a healthy enterprise sales pipeline.
/n
- Take ownership of opportunities from initial conversation through commercial closure.

- Coordinate platform demonstrations with Solution Engineering and Product teams.

- Understand customer use cases before demonstrations and POCs.
/n
- Define clear POC objectives and success criteria.
/n
- Maintain momentum throughout the evaluation process.
/n
- Coordinate customer and internal stakeholders during POCs.
/n
- Conduct regular POC reviews.
/n
- Convert successful evaluations into commercial deployments.
/n Commercial Closure /n /n
- Prepare proposals and commercial responses in coordination with internal teams.
/n
- Manage pricing discussions and negotiations.
/n
- Understand customer procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
/n
- Track commercial dependencies and closure timelines.
/n
- Drive opportunities towards purchase orders and contracts.
/n
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts.

- Position LinkEye early in relevant projects rather than waiting for formal RFPs.

What We Are Looking For /n /n
- 5–8 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
/n
- Demonstrated experience acquiring new enterprise customers .
/n
- Experience carrying and achieving a sales/revenue target.
/n
- Ability to independently prospect and create opportunities rather than depending entirely on inbound leads.

- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
/n
- Experience taking opportunities from initial engagement through demo, POC, negotiation and closure.
/n
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
/n
- Ability to engage both technical teams and senior management.
/n
- Good commercial understanding and forecasting discipline.
