JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented Enrollment Associate to manage student enrollment, fee-related operations, payment reconciliation, refunds, and LMS backend activities. As this role involves significant financial responsibilities, candidates with a Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related educational background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate student enrollment, batch, course, fee, and payment records.
- Manage course fee structures, fee splits, waivers, extensions, scholarships, and Optional Subject fee records.
- Monitor fee collections and prepare monthly and batch-wise collection reports and forecasts.
- Reconcile daily payment records between Accounts and LMS and identify discrepancies.
- Process and verify course fee refunds, including calculation and finalization of refundable amounts.
- Coordinate with EMI/payment partners regarding student admission and payment requirements.
- Manage LMS backend activities, including student access, batch changes, fee updates, and payment-related suspensions.
- Review and process student requests related to admissions,



batch transfers, fees, and payments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Counsellors, Batch Coordinators, and other internal teams for timely resolution of queries.
- Manage Reading Room admissions, fee collection, records, and backend updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned enrollment, financial, and backend activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, B.Com, BBA Finance, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Positive proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred

- Experience in fee management, accounts, finance operations, admissions, or reconciliation.
- Experience with LMS, ERP, CRM, or payment management systems.
