nEnglish Teacher (Phonics) – Part-Time, Remote

Position OverviewnSpellzee is looking for a passionate and engaging English Teacher specializing in Phonics to teach young learners online. The role involves delivering effective phonics lessons, assessing student progress, adapting lessons to individual learning needs, and providing constructive feedback.

nThis is a teaching-focused role with no sales calls, demo conversions, or closures.

Key ResponsibilitiesnTeach phonics and foundational English skills to young learners in an engaging and age-appropriate manner.

nConduct student assessments to understand individual learning levels and requirements.

nPrepare and deliver interactive lesson plans.

nAdapt teaching methods and activities according to students' learning needs.

nMonitor student progress and provide detailed feedback to the class coordinator.

nBuild a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

nCollaborate with curriculum developers and fellow teachers to improve the learning experience.





nMaintain effective classroom and student management during online sessions.

nQualifications & Requirements

nProfessional proficiency in spoken English.

nBachelor's degree or higher; a degree in English Literature is preferred.

nB.Ed. is an advantage.

nTESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or similar teaching certifications are preferred.

nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

nAbility to connect effectively with young learners.

nStrong phonics knowledge and teaching ability.

nFreshers and experienced candidates may apply, subject to demonstrating the required teaching skills.

nComfortable using computers and online teaching platforms.

nReliable internet connection.

nMust have access to a desktop or laptop.
