We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through interactive and effective teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured English lessons (Grammar, Literature, Reading & Writing).
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Support students in improving reading comprehension, vocabulary, writing skills, and spoken English.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and academy management regarding student progress.
- Use creative activities, discussions, and technology to enhance learning.
- Prepare students for examinations and academic assessments.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching certification or relevant training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in teaching English to school-level students.
- Should have atleast 2 years of teaching experience
- Solid command of English grammar, literature, and communication.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual or physical classroom setting.
- Must have online teaching experience

Preferred Skills

- Experience with online teaching tools and platforms.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to tailor lessons to different learning styles and student needs.
