Role Description The English and Communications Specialist and Public Speaking Teacher will deliver high-quality online lessons in English language, communication skills, and public speaking for Indian students. This full-time remote role involves planning and conducting interactive classes, designing lesson plans and activities, and adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning levels and backgrounds. The specialist will provide formative feedback, assess student progress, and support learners in building confidence in spoken and written English.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, creating digital learning materials, participating in training sessions,



and maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance. The role requires consistent online availability, qualified communication with learners and guardians, and adherence to Fantastiqo’s educational standards and policies.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, delivery of online classes, and assessment of student learning.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to teach public speaking, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication.
- Experience with Training, such as coaching students, conducting workshops, or facilitating skill-building sessions.
- Ability to handle Customer Service responsibilities, including responding to student and parent queries in a professional manner.
- Translation skills in English and at least one Indian language are an advantage for supporting diverse learners.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching Indian students or working in an online education environment is preferred.
- Strong digital literacy, including comfort with virtual classroom tools, learning management systems, and basic content creation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a secure remote working environment.
