We are looking for confident, responsible and passionate trainers who want to build a long-term association with us.

? Who Should Apply?

- English / Communication Trainers, educators, facilitators or corporate trainers
- English graduates, language professionals and experienced freelancers
- Individuals with strong English communication and presentation skills
- Trainers who genuinely enjoy helping learners improve
- Candidates looking for long-term work rather than short-term assignments
- Available for 4–5 hours/day, Monday–Saturday
- Trainers with 8–10 hours of flexible availability are also welcome

? What You'll Do

- Conduct 1:1 communication training sessions
- Help learners improve confidence, fluency, articulation and professional communication
- Follow our curriculum, teaching methodology and SOPs
- Track student progress and coordinate with the support team
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism and session quality
- Participate in audits, training and feedback processes
- Selected experienced trainers may also conduct Group Discussions and special sessions

? Compensation ₹80–₹200/hour

Compensation depends on experience, expertise, assessment/demo performance, consistency,



student feedback and overall contribution.

- Strong spoken English and articulation

We carefully evaluate trainer performance, consistency and student outcomes before providing regular student allocations. We prefer trainers looking for a long-term association of at least one year
