About the Role

As an Engagement Manager at Passionfruit, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our highest-priority client engagements. You’ll work directly with key client stakeholders to understand their business objectives, shape strategic priorities, and ensure our teams are delivering meaningful outcomes.

You’ll serve as a trusted thought partner to clients; providing strategic guidance, bringing structure to complex challenges, and helping them navigate the evolving landscape of AI search. Partnering closely with internal teams across Growth, SEO, Content, and Product, you’ll align stakeholders, drive execution, and proactively address client needs to ensure every engagement delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high priority clients.
- Own the full customer journey from onboarding and implementation through driving measurable business outcomes with our internal platform
- Become an expert in the AI search space and develop a strong understanding of how large language models work




- Effectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover
- Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges

You’ll be a outstanding fit if you have

- Min 3 years of experience in consulting, client strategy, account management or running a marketing team.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex client relationships.
- Strong project and engagement management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to structure problems, manage cross-functional teams, and drive execution.
- Solid analytical and commercial acumen.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced agency, consulting, startup, SaaS, or professional services environment is a plus.
