Role Description The Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and executing targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns to engage customers, generate leads, and promote Gravolite’s sports products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and segmenting contact lists, drafting and scheduling promotional and informational messages, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing content and frequency based on analytics.

The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with ongoing promotions,



maintaining compliance with communication and data protection standards, and contributing ideas to enhance customer communication strategies. The executive will be expected to maintain consistent brand voice, respond to customer queries received through digital channels, and support broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in email marketing campaign creation and management, including list segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in WhatsApp marketing, including broadcast list management, message automation tools, and customer engagement through chat-based communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing fundamentals, such as understanding funnels, lead generation tactics, and integration with social media or website campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in copywriting and content creation for marketing messages, with the ability to tailor tone and language to diverse audiences in sports and B2B/B2G segments.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and reporting, including interpreting open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and proposing data-driven improvements.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams and to manage stakeholder expectations.
