Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Email Marketing Manager based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Email Marketing

Manager will plan, build, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support certification enrollments.

Responsibilities include managing email calendars, segmenting audiences, designing automated workflows, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across campaigns. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, maintaining data hygiene, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align email strategies with broader growth objectives.





The Email Marketing

Manager will also ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations while continuously improving deliverability and conversion rates.

Qualifications

- Solid Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to develop, execute, and refine email strategies that support brand growth and enrollment goals.
- Practical experience with Marketing Automation platforms to design workflows, trigger-based campaigns, and lifecycle journeys.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques, including list building, lead nurturing, and conversion-focused email funnels.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage contact data, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to interpret email analytics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and audience-specific email copy.
- Experience in B2B or edtech/SaaS environments is beneficial; familiarity with AI or blockchain domains is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams.
