Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in Bengaluru. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting electrical drawings, wiring panels and distribution boards, performing routine maintenance, and diagnosing faults in electrical circuits and systems.

The role involves conducting safety checks,



ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards, supporting commissioning activities, and coordinating with engineers and site teams for timely issue resolution. The Electrician will also document work performed, maintain tools and materials, and support continuous improvement of on-site electrical practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of electricity, electrical circuits, and safe work practices.
- Hands-on Electrical Work skills, including installation, wiring, and panelboard assembly.
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of electrical equipment, systems, and components.
- Effective Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults and performance issues.
- Understanding of basic Electrical Engineering concepts relevant to industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Formal training or certification as an Electrician (ITI, Diploma, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Familiarity with local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in industrial, utilities, or infrastructure projects in or around Bengaluru is an advantage.
