Role Overview
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems, minimize downtime, and maintain safety standards across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, and control systems
- Identify faults and perform quick troubleshooting and repairs
- Assist in handling and monitoring PLC systems and automation controls
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations
- Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and reliability
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, and panels
- Basic knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing/processing industry preferred)
