Engineer - Electrical Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle Electrical systems. •Co-ordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation of the concerns & providing Quick Accurate solution. •Co-ordinate & Mobilise suppliers if required for Investigation / solution •Validation of the solution •Validate effectiveness of solutions.

- Functional System expertise • Collaboration with COEs and EL . •Develop and monitor corrective action plans. •Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements. •Lessons Learnt deployment for the concerns.
- Technical Capability Building lessons to be deployed for TEKline / Dealership • Benchmarking Experience 5-10 Years Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications BE / B Tech, ME / M Tech General Requirements KRA: •Resolution Time •First Time Right – • Effectiveness of action plan •No reopen concerns (No post cut off failure incidence) •RPT & USV reduction Reduction as per targets Experience Level Senior Level
