Role Description The Electrical Design Engineer (MEP) will work full time on-site in Devanahalli, contributing to the design and coordination of electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include developing electrical layouts and schematics, calculating load requirements, and designing power distribution, lighting, and related systems in line with applicable codes and standards. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams, reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing technical reports,



and supporting value engineering and cost optimization efforts.

The engineer will also assist with site coordination, respond to technical queries during execution, and participate in design reviews to ensure safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, including understanding of electricity principles and electrical safety practices.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design and Design Engineering for building services and MEP projects.
- Experience in Power Distribution system design, including load calculations, panel schedules, and cable sizing.
- Ability to read and develop technical drawings and schematics using relevant CAD or design software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in MEP design are an advantage.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in consultancy or project management environments is desirable.
