1) Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding IT courses, career paths, and skill development.
- Guide students through the admission process, including form filling, documentation, and fee details.
- Follow up with leads, maintain inquiry records, and ensure smooth conversion to admissions.
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and enrolled students.
- Coordinate with faculty and administration to ensure student satisfaction.
- Maintain updated reports on admissions, inquiries, and student progress. Required Skills & Qualifications:
1) Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills. Working Conditions:
1) Full time Position - 10am to 7pm 2) Can take weekoff any one day except Sunday
