Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist role at Fitspire – Health | Wellness is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the specialist manages the brand’s online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy. Daily responsibilities include monitoring website and marketplace performance, optimizing product pages for visibility and conversion, coordinating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and tracking inventory and order flow.

The specialist also analyzes sales data, customer behavior,



and campaign results to improve overall ecommerce performance, while ensuring timely resolution of customer queries related to online orders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online platforms, drive conversions, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain a positive brand experience.
- Relevant experience with major ecommerce marketplaces and platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar), including listing management and campaign optimization, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, along with proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and interest in the health and wellness sector will be advantageous.
