E-commerce Manager – Track What Matters (TWM), by Roadcast
Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi (On-site) | Department: Marketing & D2C
Role Overview
Roadcast is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the direct-to-consumer growth engine for Track What Matters (TWM) — its consumer-facing brand of smart GPS trackers, dash cams, and connected safety devices for people, pets, vehicles, and assets. This is a high-ownership role for a performance-driven e-commerce skilled who can run the full D2C and marketplace operation — from website and platform management to paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth — and who wants to build a consumer electronics brand from a position of real influence rather than a narrow, siloed function.
About Roadcast and TWM
Founded in 2015, Roadcast has built its reputation as a leading fleet management and telematics technology company in India, developing technology to track vehicle and asset locations and providing organizations with a comprehensive suite of mobility management tools that help them scale their operations. The company today has a strong presence across India and internationally, serving over 300 enterprises, more than 2,50,000 vehicles, and 60,000 drivers, and continues to invest heavily in AI-driven logistics automation and fleet efficiency.
Building on that enterprise-grade telematics expertise, Roadcast launched Track What Matters (TWM) to bring the same real-time tracking intelligence to everyday consumers. TWM's product range spans wired and wireless GPS trackers, ID-card trackers for children and elderly family members, pet trackers, dash cams, and asset trackers — all connected through a single app offering live location updates, geofencing and safe-zone alerts, and movement history. The brand's positioning, "We Protect Everything That Matters To You," reflects a mission to make advanced IoT-based safety technology simple, affordable, and accessible to Indian households.
As TWM scales its D2C and marketplace footprint, this role sits at the intersection of Roadcast's deep IoT engineering capability and a fast-growing consumer electronics brand — offering a rare opportunity to shape both strategy and execution from the ground up.
