E-commerce Logistics Manager / Head

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on E-commerce Logistics Manager / Head to manage end-to-end fulfilment, warehousing, inventory movement, shipping, returns, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with strong execution and ensure that customer orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete order fulfilment cycle, from order receipt and processing to dispatch and delivery.
- Oversee warehousing, inventory movement, packaging, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics.
- Coordinate with courier companies, 3PL partners, warehouses, vendors, marketplaces, and internal teams.
- Monitor delivery timelines, shipping costs, NDR, RTO, order accuracy, damaged shipments, and customer complaints.
- Improve fulfilment speed, delivery success rates, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate rates and service terms with logistics and courier partners.
- Develop SOPs for order processing, packing, dispatch, returns, quality checks, and inventory control.
- Ensure accurate inventory reconciliation across warehouses, marketplaces, and e-commerce systems.
- Plan logistics capacity for launches, promotions, peak seasons, and high-volume periods.
- Lead and train warehouse, dispatch, and logistics team members.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and analyse operational performance.




- Work closely with customer support, finance, sourcing, technology, and e-commerce teams.
- Identify operational risks and implement scalable systems and processes.

Requirements

- Proven experience in e-commerce logistics, fulfilment, warehousing, or supply-chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of courier aggregation, last-mile delivery, NDR, RTO, COD reconciliation, and reverse logistics.
- Experience working with D2C websites and online marketplaces is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and logistics/warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle high order volumes.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer products would be advantageous.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Up to ₹65,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and operational expertise.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
